What this site collects, what we do with it, and the terms that apply to using it.
Privacy.
What we collect. Only what you type into a form on this site. That is your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write in the message. Where a form asks for your company and its size, we collect those too.
What we do with it. It goes into our customer relationship management system so we can reply to you. We use it to have a conversation about working together. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside the firm.
What we do not do. This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no advertising technology. We do not build a profile of you, and if you never submit a form we hold nothing you gave us.
Third parties. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for those files. Our customer relationship management system is Zoho, which stores what you submit on our behalf. The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep ordinary request logs, including the IP address a page was requested from. That is standard for any hosted website and it is not something we read or act on.
How long we keep it. While we are in touch, and for three years after our last exchange. Then we delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your information, on request. Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to correct it and we will. Ask us to delete it and we will. Some states give their residents these rights by law, Colorado among them, which is where First Strategy is registered. We extend them to everyone who writes to us, wherever you live, because running two standards is more work than honoring one. Write to info@firststrategy.ai.
Children. This site is for business. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
Terms.
What this site is. Information about our firm and our work. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or professional advice for your situation. An engagement between us begins with a signed agreement and not before.
The case studies. Every engagement described on this site is real. Client names are held in confidence, so companies are identified by industry only. Figures are drawn from the engagement record.
What belongs to whom. The words, design, and marks on this site are ours. The methods we reference are published by their own authors and are not claimed here.
Which law applies. First Strategy, LLC is registered in Colorado. These terms are governed by Colorado law, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts serving Denver, Colorado.
Changes. We update this page when what we do changes. The current version is the one that applies.
