One day on your floor.

A fixed-fee day in your business with your leadership. Real work. No conference rooms. No slides.

What the day is.

We spend the day with you in your business. Not on zoom calls. Not in a conference room with a deck.

In the morning, we sit with you and your leadership. What's running. What's stuck. Where AI is already showing up in the business. Where it isn't. What you've already tried.

The rest of the day, we walk the work. The people who do it tell us what their day actually looks like, what slows them down, where they would want help. We're with them on the floor, not in a side room watching slides. This is the part of the day that does the work.

No prepared deck. We come ready to listen and to think on our feet. That is the point.

Not another readout.

The product is a playbook.

The day pulls signal from your floor. The two weeks after are when we test hypotheses, argue when we should argue, and decide what would matter most. That work turns the signal into a sequenced plan you can actually run.

What lands is a written read for operators: not a deck, not a recommendation memo hiding in a PDF.

The playbook answers three questions:

  • Where AI fits in your business
    and where it doesn't.
  • The highest-leverage moves we saw
sequenced and prioritized so you can act on them in order. A roadmap, not a list.
  • What it would take to run the sequence
with your own team, with another firm, or with us.

The playbook is yours. Run it however makes sense. If we're the right fit for what comes next, we'll already have been talking about what that looks like. If we're not, the work isn't gated on us.

Is Day One built for you?

Four short signals. If they describe your business, Day One is probably the right next step. If they don't, we have other suggestions.

  • 01Authority and commitment.
Your leadership can commit to one of the highest-leverage moves we surface, inside 90 days.
  • 02Purpose.
AI is on your agenda because of a specific business pressure: growth, cost, hiring, customer expectations. Not just because everyone is talking about it.
  • 03Momentum.
You have forward motion in the business, and you're looking for better ways to operate.
  • 04Urgency.
You expect to make meaningful AI changes inside the business in the next twelve months, not eventually.

If all four sound like you, or three of four. Day One is built for you. Book the day below.

If two of four. Read the WISER Method Master Playbook first. It's the published method we use in every engagement. If Day One still feels right after, come back. wisermethod.com/playbook

If one of four, or none. Day One probably is not the right shape for what you need right now. That's honest, not a judgment. We wouldn't add the value we should.

Book Day One.

Common questions.

Who shows up on the day?

A senior practitioner leads every Day One. Where the work calls for it, a second joins. That's it. No analysts. No teams of three taking notes.

How is the fee structured?

Fixed fee for the day. Travel disclosed at cost, on top. No retainer. No commitment beyond the day itself.

Do you do this remotely?

We can. Day One was designed for in-person in your business, because the value is in the observation and the conversations with the people doing the work. We run remote versions when in-person isn't practical, but they produce a less complete playbook. We'll tell you which version we recommend when we talk.

Can two of our team join from the leadership side?

Yes. Two, three, or four works. More than four turns the day into a workshop, which is not what this is.

What if we already know what we want to build?

Then Day One probably is not the right shape for what you need. Send us a note through Inquire and tell us what you have in mind. We'll tell you honestly whether we are the right firm for it.

Ready?

The easiest way to start. No retainer. No procurement cycle. One real day in your business, then a playbook within two weeks. Yours to run, with us or without us.
